What we do

We provide a complete planning and architectural design service from concept stage to planning approval. Our services include structural and party wall surveys, liaison with building control plus completion of all statutory requirements and certificates as necessary. We produce site specific architectural design solutions, from small to large scale, private to commercial property – we take care of the application process for you.

We are based in Central London and have particular experience working with the planning departments of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Richmond upon Thames.

Stage_1 Assessment

We start by visiting your site and discussing your requirements and ideas. Following this we will assemble a design concept including sketches and 3D drawings.

Stage_2 Design Scheme

Having reviewd and agreed your design concept we will produce a full set of scale drawings, showing your existing structure and new proposed scheme.

Stage_3 Planning Submission

Once you are happy with the details of the scheme, we will assemble a complete information package and submit it to your local planning department.

Stage_4 Decision

Following submission, the processing time by the local planning department can take between six to eight weeks. 80% of our planning applications are successful by first submission. In the case of refusal we will discuss your options and if necessary support the appeal process.
